COFFEE FACE MASK

Coffee- Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants and caffeine that helps to improve blood circulation to make your skin feels plump, smooth and soft. 

It also improves skin elasticity and lightens dark spots and pigmentation. It fights free radicals and protects the skin from any damage. 

Coffee oil soothes the skin, alleviates cellulite and stretch marks.  

The caffeine in coffee is also great to fade dark circles under the eyes.


Aloe Vera Gel- Aloe vera gel has amazing hydrating and moisturizing properties to keep the skin soft and supple. 

It also has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and skin clarifying effects. It soothes, hydrates and acts as a barrier between pollution and your skin.

Overnight sleeping masks seals in moisture, hydrates, and nourishes the skin throughout the night so you can wake up to plump, rejuvenated and beautiful skin. 

Sleeping masks are quite popular and are an important last step in the 10-step Korean skincare routine.

Transfer to a jar and apply a thin layer over facial skin before sleeping as the last step in a skincare routine and massage it in until fully absorbed. Wash off in the morning.

Things you need :

Pure organic aloe vera gel – 4 Tbsp

Ground coffee – 1/4 cup

Jojoba oil or grapseed oil – 1 cup

Directions

Method 1 – Easiest way to make a coffee mask is to mix pure aloe vera gel ( without fragrance or added color ) with 1/4 tsp coffee powder and apply it on your face.


Method 2 – First make coffee oil, infuse grapeseed oil with fresh ground coffee.

In a bowl, add aloe vera gel and 1 tbsp homemade coffee oil. Mix it really well until there are no lumps.
